Jupiter Farms homes for sale, market update
Jupiter Farms is a great place to raise a family. Located just 10 minutes west of the Town of Jupiter, homes here are on 1.25 acre lots and offer plenty of room to do exactly as you please. In fact, when thinking of Jupiter Farms you should think FREEDOM! And yet you are still just 15 minutes from our great beaches.

On August 14, there were only 97 homes on the market here priced from $ 9.8 million to $ 127,500. Actually, the $ 9.8 million dollar home is in Ranch Colony, but still they enjoy the same freedom and open spaces as the Farms.
Right after the boom, there were near 200 houses for sale out here so you can see this might be the best time to get your house sold. Going back to the listings for a minute, if you take out the highest and lowest priced homes you find the median price is just under $ 400,000 for a 2,500 square foot home.
As for sales, there have been 44 sales in the last 60 days with a median price of $ 245,000 for 2,200 feet. So sales are very brisk. If you have been trying to sell without success, or are thinking of selling, give me a call. I have lived in the Farms for 12 years and know how to get properties sold.
