Just Sold in Jupiter Farms

Jupiter Farms is a very large are and we always have plenty of homes on the market.  This one just sold after over 600 days on the market.

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 baths home with about 1,700 square feet of living space and no pool.

Jupiter Farms: It could be the flooring, right?

OK, the house is ready to sell...or so you think. You learned all about staging from HGTV and your agent.
And you have some great pictures.  But what about the flooring?

Yes, they make a big difference! Thinking of selling or having trouble selling? Let's talk. Usually just a 1% improvement in your value proposition will get you the successful sale you need to move forward with your life. Give me a call at 561-762-4073.
